       Justin Briggs is 15 years old, and in the 10th grade.  He has been at the Greenfield School for five years now, but never really hung out with Mark until they were assigned to be partners in Chemistry class.  They have been best pals ever since. 
       Justin has a huge crush on Jamie but Mark refuses to listen to him.  Mark doesn't think Justin is good enough for the his sister- infact Mark refuses to let any guy get near his little sister. 
       Justin has an older sister named Heather, who is living with his mother in California.  Heather is 19 years old, and goes to the University of Southern California.  Justin lives with his father in Maryland.  He spends the summers in California.  His mother is an actress on a popular soap opera.  His parents have a long distance marriage- something Justin has never understood.  He misses his mother, and sister.   His father is a lawyer in Baltimore City.
